Condo Features.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. There are place settings for 12, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, placemats, flatware. Cooking equipment includes frypans, sauce pans, casserole dishes, and all untensils. There is a blender, toaster, microwave. A water filter is connected to the sink faucet for filtered drinking water. There is a new very quiet Bosch dishwasher and everything else you need for cleanup. We have two dining tables, one in the condo that comes with 6 chairs, and another on the deck with seating for 4.

Laundry

The condo comes with a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen. We provide enough soap for several loads.

Television

We provide satelite telivision with CNN and ESPN. There are 70 or so channels, about half of those are in English. A DVD player is provided that plays both US and Mexico DVD zones.

Internet

We provide high speed wireless internet.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms (showers, not baths), one in each bedroom, each with a separate room for the toilet and shower. One of the rooms (the one with the ocean view) has a king size bed. The other has two twin beds.

Pools

There is a large pool area overlooking the Bay of La Paz. There are a few tables and chairs. No lifeguard or table service is provided.
